STRENGTH IN A FAMILY TEAM

Some realtors or brokerages shy away from transparency - I’m not really wired that way. When we work together, you’re also working with my wife, Ashley, and you may occasionally hear some babbles from our cute little daughter, Charlie. I take care of the majority of things you and I will do together and Ashley handles some of the backend work. Charlie, pours water all over the floor and sprints across the house.

Our Process

Buying a home is only as unnecessarily complicated as the people involved make it. A good realtor with your best interest in mind can simplify the process and ensure your home transaction is protected now and in the future. While some local companies market against the traditional realtor, the reality is, you get what you pay for. And, you also open yourself up to liability utilizing anyone other than a licensed, personal, realtor. Let us do the heavy lifting and provide the ol’ peace of mind - while you focus on choosing the best home for you and your family.

  • Reach out! The first conversation helps determine if we’re a good fit for each other. I don’t take on every client or too many clients - so let’s make sure we align first and move forward from there!

  • We’re a match! Now we meet to understand what you’re looking/hoping for and your timeline for purchasing or selling. We’ll also review the home-buying and selling process from start to finish. Then we hit the ground running.

  • We’re keeping up daily on every listing that’s public, private, or about to hit the market. We’re looking at listings together and offering on the homes you feel great about and/or taking offers and preparing to make a decision.

  • Your offer has been accepted and we’re moving aggressively into closing. We want to get you into your new home swiftly and without hiccups. We’ll move through each process with the lender, appraiser, inspection, title, and insurance to ensure every detail is covered and you’re able to focus on the moving portion itself!

I’ve always had a fond appreciation of homes, plants, and architecture. From my high school CAD design classes and now, two decades later as a realtor - the details, flaws, and potential of a property are of utmost importance to me.

Get a feel for details I appreciate - and homes I’ve been involved in selling/buying.
