Our newest endeavor is franchising the award-winning Spitz restaurant. In partnership with my friend and partner Kyle (plus his wife Serey and pup Milo) we’re building 3 Spitz locations in the greater Phoenix area between now and 2025. We’ve been fortunate to build successful businesses together before and Spitz is an incredibly exciting opportunity for us and our families.

THE REMIX BOWL

The REMIX BOWL for my non-meat days (nice way of masking my closet vegetarianism) and… the occasional meat days. Love it or hate it I really enjoy healthy food. Every ingredient here is packed with nutrition and the combination is a near complete meal.

Welcome delicious filafel (or meat), quinoa, tomato, cucumber, roasted corn, feta (sans), harissa, kalamata olives (sans), crispy AND marinated garbonzo, cabbage slaw (sans), and lemon herbed dressing. I’m odd and keep the ingredients separate - don’t mix em’ up. I like to chose what’s next.

QUINOA & PITA STRIPS

The QUINOA SALAD and FRIED PITA STRIPS W/ HUMMUS is a fun little number that’ll have you smiling for 30 minutes straight. The quinoa salad is a tasty and complete meal with your greens supporting the whole and fried pita strips… my cinnamon twists compromise.

Quinoa, tomato, cucumber, roasted corn, feta (sans), harissa, marinated garbonzo, and lemon herbed dressing. Plus toasted and seasoned pita and the love/hate hummus. Yes, I’d live on this.
